Springboard
Providing resources and removing barriers for small businesses and non-profits. Because no entrepreneur should have to go solo.
SpringBoard is a resource hub for Chattanooga’s entrepreneurs, helping businesses and non-profits move forward with confidence, for the good of their owners and the community as a whole.
Our “Economic Gardening” model for business development is an innovative approach, grounded in success around the country. By focusing on nurturing the vital assets that already exist in our community, and leveraging them to benefit entrepreneurs and customers alike, we create a holistically healthy economy.
Smart solutions for growth:
- Peer Roundtables
- Springboard’s Peer Roundtables are a series of twelve monthly meetings for CEOs of businesses that exceed half a million dollars in annual revenue. At each Peer Roundtable, a facilitator guides ten to twelve local CEOs from twelve different industries in discussing their experiences and insights in a confidential setting. Springboard developed Peer Roundtables to drive innovation, hone decision-making and improve business performance.
