SpringBoard Celebrates Entrepreneurial Milestones Monday, March 16, 2009
This year’s first round of the Business Planning Course will graduate tonight, after eight weeks of careful study and, not surprisingly, business planning. SpringBoard is proud to announce that tonight’s commencement is a milestone for more than just our students: We’ll be graduating our 101st entrepreneur in 12 months.
In one year, this entrepreneurial force has made a meaningful impact on Chattanooga’s local economy. When creativity meets business, innovation flourishes. Woodworkers and sculptors, personal trainers and culinary artists: we’ve given them the resources to succeed in business.
Round one includes current and aspiring boutique owners, a videographer, a watch and clock expert, and a few talented cooks. Check out what some participants have to say about the program:
